Kerala’s very own Jeremiah de Rozario is a Singer/Songwriter who finds steady ground in Indie Pop music with hints of folk rock. Jeremiah draws inspiration from life experiences and stories around him and is influenced by the music of Ed Sheeran, Jack Johnson, Hozier etc.
Jeremiah started his journey as an independent musician in 2020 with his first single, “Run to the Ocean”, which received much public and critical acclaim and put him on the Indian Indie Music map. Run to Ocean was championed for its heartfelt lyrics and easy-going melody.
Since then, Jeremiah has released three more singles, namely- Mustard Yellow, Dear Us and Red Bird. Each song has been featured on many a playlist and praised for its relatable writing and catchy arrangements.
Jeremiah has been the supporting act for major Indie artists like Tejas and When Chai Met Toast. A familiar face at all Cultural events in Kerala, this Kochi boy has headlined shows such as Kochi OnFleak, All things bright, V12Verve, Heart XP etc.
In addition, Jeremiah has a very loyal social media following that continues to support and promote his work as a songwriter and storyteller. With over 4 Lakh overall listens for all released songs so far, Jeremiah boasts a monthly listener count of over 11,000 people in only the first year of his music. The Singer/Songwriter’s YouTube channel has about 1 Lakh of accumulated views, with each of his tracks having unique videos that speak to the essence of each song. “I genuinely believe in keeping things simple.
